INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
 

Dear Helen

Love in Action has been selected and hereby officially invited to participate within the prestigious CHARITY GARDENS area at Gardenex & Green Living Fair 2009. The area has been developed to showcase South Africa’s rich floral diversity as well as the floricultural industry to garden enthusiasts and it is the perfect platform for you to raise awareness and much needed funds for your cause.
     
 

The gardens will be judged by industry experts and headed up by a Chief Judge. The winner will receive a floating trophy that will be held by the Thebe Exhibitions and passed on yearly, thereafter.
You will be supplied, at no cost with an area of floor space as per the attached floor plan (please refer to stand D9 of 36m²), as well as power to your stand and access to a general water point. Please remember to include plants, design and installation into your planning.

Judging:
You will be required to present the Judges with a brief explanation of your design and how you have incorporated the elements. Judging commences at 08H00 on Friday 27 March 2009
